The Loose Women panelist said there may have been too much drama despite their "undeniable" chemistry , and their work schedule will make things even harder.
She told MailOnline: "I don’t think even they can even keep up with it! I don’t think there’s any game playing or malicious intent.
"They’d love to make a go of it and the chemistry is undeniable, but too much has happened. Caring about someone isn’t enough. They’re constantly getting thrust together through work, it’s inevitable. I feel really sorry for them."
Vicky also had her say on cosmetic surgery after a number of her former co-stars went under the knife ahead of the new series .
She added: "I've always been very candid in my views about plastic surgery and fillers and Botox. I’m not 100 percent behind them, especially when you’re very young.
